Smelly Socks 3.1 is, unrotunately, the one and only Smelly Socks webisode this year. Simply for two reasons: We have zero budget for this and Daniel hurt his knee. But this doesen´t mean Smelly Socks are done! We tried hard and made at least one this year. One afternoon I took a Countour camera for a ride in Balme, during the last Faction skis webisode shooting and this came up. Some of the shots are overexposed - sorry for that - probably too much bluebird, hah. You can see some "behind" the scenes shots, that were actually used in the webisode. The tittle says it all. The first Smelly Socks mini movie is here and it's all about the summer vibe. Daniel and Antti spent a week filming with Martin in a little, but super fun, snowpark at GFS camp Faction team week in French Tignes. Than drove together to Les Deux Alpes to be joined by Tom Ritsch and Zuzicka Stromkova to finish the filming and do million summer laps with pretty sick crew of homies. In February 2016, Gear4guides, along with International Peace Park Expeditions, travelled with Faction athletes Sam Anthamatten and Arnaud Rougier to explore a cross border section of the Peaks Balkan Trail. This has probably been the sickest season of my life. I did the most skiing, went the most places and had the most fun. I also tried to ski it all, pow, urban and park. I was also lucky enough to get invited to La Clusaz to film the S01E03, which was probably the sickest week of my life. Thanks to Faction Skis, Adidas Eyewear, Mecca Movement and Panda Poles.
