Le landais Joan Duru s'est imposé sur le WQS 4 étoiles de la Sauzaie en Vendée. Il a devancé en finale l'australien Lincoln Taylor et empoché les 1500 points du vainqueur. Belle opération puisque ce résultat le propulse à la 7ème place du WQS.

C'est au tour du landais Joan Duru de passer à la moulinette de la web série de Volcom Strange Brains.

Premier trip de l'australien Chippa Wilson sous les couleurs de son nouveau sponsor Fox Surf. Et c'est sur les vagues balinaises qu'il a décidé de s'envoler.
