Up before the sun on a brisk Sunday morning with a late-season south swell in the water, Kolohe Andino and crew pile boards and bodies into his truck and the damn thing nearly drives itself to Lowers. It's a San Clemente local routine that Brother has been a part of since he could walk, along with the rest of Lower Trestles' devoted disciples, and at this point it's almost automatic.
