Nixon is pleased to announce Hawaii's John John Florence as the newest addition to the Surf Team. In keeping with Nixon tradition and longstanding policy, all additions are only possible after a positive vote by the Nixon team. Sunset Sons are a four-piece UK & Australian rock/indie band whose passion for both surfing and music has driven them to the small town of Hossegor, South West France, just a few kilometers away from Nixon’s European headquarters.
After four successful EP’s, the band released a debut album - 'Very Rarely Say Die' - on April 1 2016, at the start their European tour.

Italy is not known for waves but there's always exceptions.
When a significant Mediterranean swell arised on the charts, Nixon longtime surfers Marlon Lipke and Gony Zubizarreta embarked on a plane to Sardinia, Italy, to join Roberto D'Amico for a 3-day surf mission.
