Selecting the Chosen Video Crew wasn't an overnight decision. In Round 1, Crews battled it out to be noticed by Nike. We narrowed the field to the Top 9 and put voting in your hands, which sent the 3 Top crews to Silvretta Montafon Austria for the Nike Chosen Sessions.

The Nike Chosen Sessions in Silvretta Montafon Austria is a wrap. Your votes helped file it down for the Pros to decide who was ultimately Chosen to Live Like a Pro. Markus Mathis, from Switzerland, took home the esteemed Chosen AM with an amazing week & nailing a few double corks in the Sessions Park.

The 3rd and final Chosen Session put the AMs back on familiar Chosen Series winning territory with a straight out kicker session. The perfectly shaped 20m Kicker got a proper working as the AMs stepped up and mixed in with the Nike team, digging deep into their bags and pulling out some of the best AM riding seen all week. The sun blazed all day over the classic ski resort of Vallnord, Andorra for the 7th Stop on the Nike Chosen Series. The fourth stop of the Nike Chosen Series were held in Hoch Ybrig in the foot hills of the Swiss Alps, and got underway despite being pushed back a day due to bad weather. T Street late last week. The swell was all but gone. Kolohe is preparing for the Azores, where last year the surf was so small they had to cancel the event. This is a completely un- edited segment of each wave he rode this session. He is switching between a 5’10 19” 2.25” Sub Driver “Grovel” and a 5’11 18.88” 2.25” normal Sub Driver. Most humans cant even do a proper turn in surf like this. Its a great silent study on form.
